Marketing to Apartment Complexes.

I have seen advertisements from a company that will provide mailing list for apartment complexes. It looks like a great idea . I was wondering if anyone has utilized such a service. If you buy a list once it can be used repeatedly because the address remains the same and we just address it to Occupant.

I do not remember the name of the company but I can look it up.

If any one has used the service please give me your feedback.
