Warwick Township was founded by a petition of a group of residents on February 13, 1733.

According to 2000 census the population in Warwick township was 11977. Since then there have some new developments and it has increased. Warwick township is known as " Heart Of Bucks County."

Gita - It seem eveyry state in the east have a Deer Run, I can think of 3  in my marketplace.

That is amazing to have been started 40+ years before the revolution.  Living out here in AZ, I tend to use 1776 as a starting point even though I'm aware that there is a history before hand.
