1.Put a " FOR SALE "Sign up.
2. Take pictures of interior and exterior of house.
3.I ask sellers for two sets of keys.One for the lock box and one set I keep in the office.There are times seller may be out of town ,and an agent may have misplaced the keys.
4.Submit data to mls asap.Most buyers are looking online and agents email info to buyers daily.
5.Email info to seller for approval .The seller may want to make changes .You might have missed something.
6.Prepare brochures and take them to house. Put some in brochure box on sign, if you wish.
7.If you plan on an open house, do it on the first weekend .Inform agents who can register their buyers.
8 Submit ads to newspaper and magazines.
9.Submit info to as many free internet site as possible.There are many that allow you to post for free.Email top agents in the area and prospects.
10.Send Just listed or Open House cards to neighbors.Atleast to 5 on each side of listing and 10 across the house.Invite them to your open house.
